Jim Esteve-President & CEO
Jim started OCS365 in 2020 with 45 years of Sales Experience and a dream to help small businesses with their promotional needs. Since then, Jim has continued to work with businesses to help produce items across the board from milestone achievement awards to apparel & swag, as well as many custom items, born in the minds of both Jim & his customers. After graduating Syracuse University, Jim has taken the skills and knowledge, gained over the course of a lifetime of working in Sales to create OCS365. He has been a top salesman at different printing companies, often earning the award of Salesman of the year and hopes to bring that expertise to you and your team.
Juliette Svienson- VP of Marketing & Sales
Juliette started at OCS365 in May of 2024 after working 13 years in Sales & Relationship Management. Juliette is a proud daughter of her father, Jim, looking to help grow the business and work with you to create apparel, awards and merchandise that can help with your branding. Juliette started her career after graduating Marist College, working in NYC for a financial services company. From there, working 10+ years at a research company in Sales & RM has enabled Juliette to work closely with teams to help them achieve their goals. At OCS365, Juliette is happy to work from start to finish with your business to produce items that can be used to represent the brand.
